Made it too Six Flags. It was iffy for the middle of the week, if we would even get to go. Cam was having a little problem in school, but he pulled it out on Friday with the teacher and principle saying "he had a good day." I told him if Friday there were ANY problems we lost out on Six Flags.
Cam and I had a great time!!!! We rode 4 of the big roller coasters. I was really pleased with him. Up until then I usually left the park upset about him not wanting to ride any thing big. I mean there are only so many times you can ride the Whizzer and say wooowhooo. We walked in and rode Superman (laying down roller coaster) the very first thing. After arriving back on firm land again, Cam told me he was not scared, because on the way up he was reciting a verse. He said I just kept saying, "Phil 4:13 Ican do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." He is such a good boy sometimes. We rode Lone wolf (stand up rc), V2 (shoot you fwd and backward ride), and Viper (wooden rc). He would not ride the tallest rc Ragin Bull, but said next year for sure. We were there with some friends, I think they were the influence that got him over the fear of riding (girl pressure makes a boy do a lot of things)! Even after they were gone we went on Superman again. On the way to the parking lot he told me it was the greatest day, that is all I wanted it to be for us. It was the greatest day for me also.
We had wonderful weather not too hot, short lines and no rain, just how I like Six Flags or any amusement park. He was excited so it took a few hours to calm him down after getting home and explaining what he had accomplished to his sister and mom(they did not get to go).
Next year it is onto conquer Cedar Pointe, largest roller coaster park in the US. Anybody ready to go to Ohio? Requirements are: Must be willing to strap into at least 8-10 roller coasters and have the lungs to scream all day! Any takers give us a call, you have a year to plan for it.
Hope you are all having as much fun as I am with what God has given you. Take care and I will see you when I return from Memphis.

Great rest of the month planned
Today put up my tree stand in the back yard. As I was walking out and climbing into the tree I saw out of the corner of my eye some movement. Yes you guessed one Big doe and two yearlings. All good cooking and eating!! I just have to wait for season to start. It would have been a good 25 yard shot. I still have 2-3 weeks of practice, 30 minutes every night from ground and stand.
This coming weekend the 14th is planned to go to Six flags with my son. My friend gave me 2 passes to go, but have to have season pass holder come with at least to get in the door. Any season pass holders wanting to help get two good looking guys into the park adn then run away like you don't know us?
The week of 17th - 21st to Memphis with work. 21st or 22nd jumping out of plane. The only problem is no one new wants to jump. 5 or more people we get a bigger discount. I have had no one say yes lets go. I have to go, even if I have to stand out front and say "be my friend for one jump." I will be jumping!!! Please someone step up and say I will go, I don't care who. Well I do care I want someone who wants to do it, but I will take any comers now.
Just found out the 28th my brother and his son will be joining me and my son at the White Sox Tigers game. I can't wait the month is ending pretty darn well. I am finally starting to see a little light at the end of the tunnel. More to come on the blessings I am receiving.
I hope all of you are having the same good time this month. I pray for you all and can't wait to see you soon. I know it will get better as I am finally getting my priorities straight. GFIEID.

Sky dive Wisconsin
Back from the great blue yonder!! Yes, I made it back to earth without any broken bones. Bruised bottom from the landing and unpopped ears from the speed of the fall.
I was really great! The door was scarry but it was out the door quick then plummet 120 mph towards the earth from 14,000 feet. That is what I did on 25 August 2007. It was one of the four greatest things I have done this year so far. The first picture is right after our first spin at about 10,000 feet. Picture number two is from about 6,000 feet just before going through the clouds and opening the main chute.
Now for the challenge. I have until 25 September 2007 to go back and do my 2nd and final tandem jump. I want to see how many people are up for it. I am planning on going the 21st or 22nd, unless I can get people to go on weekend of the 14th. Anybody ready? Anybody want to come out and watch. This time the instructor said, "we can do a flip at about 12,000." I can not wait so hurry and sign up. I am checking the weather right after this is finished.
I have become a "Jump Junkie!" I hope to see all my friends there. My brother said he would come over from Michigan to watch it. I am sure he will be on the ground praying and ready to pick up the pieces, just in case. By the way, the wind was whistling by my head.
I hope all of you are doing wonderful with your lives. I am praying for all of you daily. I know you are doing the same adn in case I don't say it enough I appreciate it and each of you. Someday I will be able to tell you that in person! BFN

Last Photo???
God has shown me some awesome things over this summer and if He is ready for me to come home, I know I am ready. I know all of the valleys I am going thru is to help some of you see what He can do with a broken vessel like me and that He can do the same for you. Romans 5:3-5 I am learnig alot of patience and yes even I need that.haha Thank you for waiting for me to strighten out my way of thinking and turn into His way of living. Cam and Carlee have a great school year! Dad loves you and Always will!! For all the things I have I have done wrong here and to any of you I am sorry, if I have not told you that already. To my friends and family thank you for the talks the perspectives and the guidance, I love each and everyone of you more than you will ever know. I am going to get the last bit of work done and then it will be just waiting for the wild blue yonder!! For one last irritation, I will be whistling all the way to the airport.

Nighty Night on the 4th
I got home and some visitors unwanted in the house. They were destroying the house before I left, so when I saw the chance I took care of them. Cam got a lil target practice in, so it was not just a killing, but a learning thing. Other than that highlight the summer has been pretty much work and sleep. The rut will soon be over!!

Camping and Digging the Weekend
Laid sod in half of the front yard. Finally starting to look like a yard instead of barren land. After the work was done Cam and I set up the tent in the back yard. We had a bon fire cooked hot dogs and marshmallows. We then climbed into the tent for a very restful nights sleep. I think he is beginning to enjoy the outdoors as much as me. He is really getting good with the bow and the open sights. I may be buying sights and a release before I know it.
I woke up in the morning and finished the sod I had. Then it was to the roof of the rental house to do some repairs. By then Cam was awake, so we did some yard work. He was disappointed that the yard had not grown more so he could drive the lawn mower around. Oh well, there is always next weekend.
I received a phone call from Mr. G, requesting my assistance on some tree removal. Knowing how much I love yard work. I loaded up the tools for the day adn headed down the road. I dug up about 4 busshes and trees in about 2 hours. We will try to finish the other 4 trees before the slackers get back from Cali. I did make a new friend, Wrigley the psycho dog finally got tired of barking and made up. I did have to throw the ball about 40 times.
Sunday went to a buffet for lunch and then home for a little well deserved rest. Hope all of oyu had a good weekend too.

May's events
Well it is now June and I figured I might as well get on here and tell whoever wanted to know what has happened in the month of May. It started off "alright" and has been "okay" every since. Some of the highlights have been some travels and events.
First event that comes to mind is going to Memphis for a hiring conference. I went with my boss and a few other people. Had some great food ( stuffed trout, key lime pie, BBQ, oysters, squid and shrimp) down on Beale St. That made up for the 9 hour drive, but got caught up on how our company runs from the boss. The trip back on Thursday night was a little rougher. We got in safely and I got to bed at 0500 only to get up at o600 to pack and get ready for me and my son to go to Michigan. Packed up the cabinets for her new room and waited for him to finish his test in english. I was "good" at school walking around to stay awake.
On the road at 1030 and arrived after a 5 hour drive at Mom and Dads. We had a pretty good time driving, listening to the music, and sigining our way through Chicago and across Michigan. Got to grandmas house and saw the scars from the double knee replacement. She was getting around well though. We unpacked and off to see Pawpaw, he recognized us even from not seeing Cam in about 1year or more.
The visit was what I needed to just get away and talk with mom, while playing many games of Skipbo throughout the night. We had some good enlightening conversation, even if I was somewhat out of it from sleep deprevation. Dad was looking to do some golfing, but that will have to wait until next time the weather did not hold out for us.
Dug up some ferns from moms fern garden. Brought back enough for me and one of my friends, who had asked for them sometime ago. Sorry so late, but better late than never. I hope they do well next year. Caused a lil trouble, but it is all good.
Since being back saw the Graduating class at LCBS. Looked like a great group of kids! My prayers are with them as they go out in to the world to begin thier new lives. Went to some of the open houses, which also turned bad, but I am getting used to it.
Cam has been practicing with his new compound bow, without sights os he can just shoot naturally. He practices everday adn is beginning to get a good pattern down. Probably be ready for sights be the middle of summer. Looking to get into hunter safety this fall.
Well there are some of the highlights for now. I don't want to bore everyone with all of this.
I hope and pray each of you have a great summer, you will all be in my prayers. Keep blogging they all make me smile:) Look forward to reading each of them.
